Alberta Eats - Rosemary Cashews

Rosemary Cashews - recipe provided by Ramona of KidsLoveLetters 

1 lb (500 g) roasted, unsalted cashews
2 tbsp minced fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (I double this for extra spice)
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spread the cashews on a sheet pan. Toast in oven until warm, about 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine the rosemary, cayenne, sugar, salt and butter. Thoroughly toss the warm cashews with the spiced butter and serve warm (or room temperature).
